It is very important, that every customer of www.rushboost.com will read our terms and conditions very carefully before the purchase. Once customer will purchase service it becomes a legal agreement between RUSHBOOST and you, and it means that you agree with our rules. 

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

REFUND SYSTEM

We will refund 100% money customer paid only if we will fail to complete the service due to the fault of ours or if the customer will experience a very big delay which exceeds above ETA time frames. The money will not be refunded if the customer: ignored us at some crucial moment, where it was very important, as well when the customer did not respect our terms of the service and when the customer did not meet the requirements of specific service but still expected us to provide it. We will not refund money if service was completed, but disqualified, banned or suspended AFTER it was done by us. When it comes to World of Warcraft title services such as "Gladiator", "Rank1 Gladiator", "HOTA" we do an only partial refund of 20% in cash if such a thing happens. We consider service done once we will reach a "SAFE" rating on it, if the customer was not on safe rating, he will get a higher partial refund back.

OUR SERVICES

All virtual items and services of rushboost.com related to the game are owned by their respective original licensors (eg. Valve, Blizzard Entertainment, Activision, EA) RUSHBOOST is in no way affiliated with the company listed. RUSHBOOST makes no claims to the title for any virtual items purchased through the website. Customer pays only for virtual goods and services.

SITE POLICIES

RUSHBOOST has the right to change any site condition, policy, information, price without informing about it. Customers of RUSHBOOST are responsible to pay attention to any changes which may occur on the website. If the customer is signing up for an account with rushboost.com, or he purchases any merchandise or service he is automatically agreeing to the statements above.

Each case will be reviewed very carefully and it will include many factors such: damages done, time lost, attorney, fees, interest fee or potential sales lost.

You are not allowed to use anything from rushboost.com such as graphics, services, text, logos, button icons, frames, video, audio, and clips. RUSHBOOST is a registered company with headquarters in Poland and it is being protected by it. All rights are reserved. You can not use anything from the website without asking the company first for it. The website might contain licensed materials, and all original licensors might protect their rights at the same time.

PAYMENTS AND MONEY ACCOUNTS

Due to frequent and increasing fraudulent activities experienced in this business, RUSHBOOST currently does not authorize credit card accounts and/or PayPal accounts with unverified addresses and/or unconfirmed telephone numbers. Please be sure that when entering your personal information you double check all information and confirm it is current and accurate before submitting it. All unconfirmed/unverified purchases will be cancelled upon discovery, thus delaying the efficiency of the purchase/transaction.
