The money will not be refunded if the customer: ignored us at some crucial moment, where it was very important, as well when the customer did not respect our terms of the service and when the customer did not meet the requirements of specific service but still expected us to provide it. We will not refund money if service was completed, but disqualified, banned or suspended AFTER it was done by us. When it comes to World of Warcraft title services such as "Gladiator", "Rank1 Gladiator", "HOTA" we do an only partial refund of 20% in cash if such a thing happens. We consider service done once we will reach a "SAFE" rating on it, if the customer was not on safe rating, he will get a higher partial refund back.
