NEW RAID - NY'ALOTHA
The new raid coming in Patch 8.3 is Nya'lotha, the sleeping city that works as the major base of operations for the Black Empire. After N'Zoth has been freed thanks to our efforts in the Eternal Palace, he returns to Nya'lotha, and we confront him and his twisted minions on a final confrontation that should not only decide the fate of Azeroth but of the universe as a whole.
In Nya'lotha, we will face many former friends (or foes) as corrupted versions of themselves - Wrathion, Ra-Den, Queen Azshara, Vexiona and even Il'gynoth!

ALLIED RACES - VULPERA AND MECHAGNOME
VULPERA
Vulpera are cunning nomadic scavengers capable of turning what they find into opportunities to thrive.
Clever and resourceful, the vulpera of Vol'dun have survived amidst the sands for generations. Eager to join the ranks of the Horde, their caravans have departed from the dunes in search of adventure.
The serpentine sethrak have taken to subjugating anyone they can as slaves, and the vulpera are an easy target for their machinations. If you've taken steps to liberate the vulpera from these overseers, they'll join the Horde on the battlefield.

Bag of Tricks - Use a trick on an enemy to damage them, or an ally to heal them.

UNLOCKING VULPERA RACE

EARN ACHIEVEMENT SECRETS IN THE SANDS
When the next content update goes live, players who've completed the requirements will gain access to a quest chain to recruit the vulpera as an Allied Race. Once you complete the chain, you'll receive the achievement Allied Races: Vulpera and can create a new vulpera on the character selection screen. You'll also unlock a new mount—the Caravan Hyena—for your collection at character creation, which all of your Horde characters can ride.
Leveling your new vulpera from 20 to 120 will earn a cosmetic Heritage Armor set that is unique to this new Allied Race.
MECHAGNOME
Scrappy and resourceful, mechagnomes have improved their fleshy forms with top-notch prosthetics.
Though they once sought to mechanize themselves completely, the mechagnomes now seek a balance between flesh and steel. Emerging from years of isolation on Mechagon, they bring both ingenuity and aptitude to the Alliance.
They left Gnomeregan to construct a metal metropolis, Mechagon. However, their once wise and ambitious ruler King Mechagon now ruthlessly rules over them with an iron fist.
Work together with the Rustbolt Resistance to overthrow their tyrant so these mechanical mavericks will join the Alliance.

When the next content update goes live, players who've completed the requirements will gain access to a quest chain to recruit the mechagnomes as an Allied Race. Once you complete the chain, you'll receive the achievement Allied Races: Mechagnomes and can create a new mechagnome on the character selection screen. You'll also unlock a new mount—the Mechagon Mechanostrider—for your collection at character creation, which all of your Alliance characters can ride.

WORGEN AND GOBLIN HERITAGE ARMOR
The Worgen and Goblin Heritage Armor, originally supposed to come in Patch 8.2.5 and then delayed, is arriving in Patch 8.3, Visions of N'Zoth!
TITAN ASSAULTS
The first sign of N'Zoth's power we're going to witness first hand are Assaults by his minions, on two key locations in Azeroth that are home to Titan facilities. Now, these Titan facilities are our world's last defence, our final bulwark against N'Zoth coming completely into our world and plunging it into madness.
First off: Uldum, home of the Halls of Origination, great titan vault, is going to come under regular assault by the minions of N'Zoth. When an assault is active in the zone, players will rally to Uldum and battle across the zone against the Old God's minions.
Another key location that is home to a major titan facility is the Vale of Eternal Blossoms back in Pandaria - Mogu'shan Palace. Now, last time we saw the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, it had been blighted with dark Sha energy unleashed by Garrosh towards the end of Mists of Pandaria. Now, the passage of time, hence, the natural of redemption that came in the end of that arc has finally healed these old, old wounds to the land, and the Vale stands fully restored to its original glory, all players to visit in this next content update. At least, till it comes under attack by the minions of the Old God, and it's once again plunged into a new type of darkness. Don't worry, it is only going to look like this as long as N'Zoth is actively attacking the zone. Otherwise, in the long run, the pristine Vale is here to stay.
BLACKTALON SHROUD - LEGENDARY CLOACK
In Patch 8.3 Visions of N'zoth, a new Legendary Cloak will be available for players to obtain and upgrade called the Blacktalon Shroud. This cloak will be useful in Horrific Visions and even the raid!
The Legendary cloak currently on PTR is named
Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve and can be upgraded using 
Horrific Core. The cloak starts at Rank 1 and can be currently upgraded to a maximum of Rank 15. Each upgrade will increase the Item Level and the Sanity Loss Reduction bonus, with extra bonuses at Ranks 5, 10 and 15.As the N'zoth encounter in the raid also has sanity drain, this cloak appears to be important for those encounters!
The cloak itself also gets an appearance upgrade at Rank 5 and Rank 10!
HORRIFIC VISIONS
In their latest Development Preview, we have been informed about the new challenge for players: Horrific Visions. This new experience will have 1-5 players facing the vision that N'zoth has to the world.
ENTERING HORRIFIC VISIONS
By completing Assaults you will be able to earn your way into the deepest recesses of N'zoth's mind and the reality that is seeking to manifest itself across Azeroth. Horrific Visions are 1-5 player content centered around the capital cities of Orgrimmar and Stormwind, showing us an alternate reality on what might come to pass if we do not succeed.
HORRIFIC VISIONS PROGRESSION
When you first enter a Vision, you will most likely not go very far, your mind will succumb to N'zoth relentless assault. You will experience effects, some detrimental, some cosmetic, some very serious mechanic hindrances as your sanity is drained by being in this horrific vision and by facing N'zoth's minions. You will have to retreat, but you learn things you've experienced along the way, which will enable you to build better defences for your future trips.
LEGENDARY CLOAK
We're going to be working with none other than Wrathion, son of Deathwing, who knows a thing or two about corruption because his father, of course, was famously plunged into madness by N'zoth's corruption. Wrathion also knows a lot about Legendary Cloaks. Wrathion is going to work with us to create a legendary cloak that will initially provide us with some sort of defence, a shield against N'zoth's sanity draining attacks. This will enable us to venture deeper and deeper into these visions, on successive visits, earning greater rewards, also unlocking more about the mystery of N'zoth's power. This cloak may also be handy when facing N'zoth himself further down the road.
TITAN RESEARCH
In addition of creating a legendary cloak, we will also be taking fragments of N'zoth's corruption out of the Horrific Visions with you, you can bring them to MOTHER and Magni to analyze and research, which will allow you to strengthen your defenses against N'zoth's corruption and give you new tools to battle him and his minions. These will help your future visits to the Horrific Visions, allowing you to delve deeper, overcome greater threats and weather the effects of these sanity-draining attacks.
SOLO OR GROUP CHALLENGE
Ever since the Mage Tower, players have been lacking a satisfying solo progression experience and a real challenge that you can work towards on your own, without needing a group of dungeon or raid players. One of their goals with Horrific Visions is to fill this gap. You can enter Visions of N'zoth solo, or with a group of up to five players. This experience will scale seamlessly from 1 to 5 players regardless of your role, and rewards are equal regardless of the size of the group. You should experience this in the best way that suits your playstyle.
SEASON 4 MYTHIC+ AFFIX - CORRUPTED
Quote from the developer preview:
"With this Corrupted Affix active, when you go into a dungeon in Season 4, you'll see occasional Black Empire obelisks dotting the landscape. Interacting with one of these obelisks will pull you into an alternate world, where we see N'zoth's power ascendant and a powerful lieutenant of his stands guard. Defeating that lieutenant will return you to your regular reality, but will do so in whatever location you're currently standing when that miniboss is defeated. This will enable some interesting skips that don't involve Shroud of Concealment or Invisibility. Now of course, if you keep these minions alive and you decide to ignore them entirely, they may come and pay you a visit as you're fighting the final boss of the dungeon, so you'll want to strategize very carefully as you approach dungeons with the Corrupted affix in play during BFA Season 4."
You'll have to learn the location of the obelisks but this affix can set up some very interesting routes.
IMPROVED AUCTION HOUSE
In Patch 8.3 Visions of N'zoth, the buyer has a much cleaner interface to avoid those nasty single stack commodities.
For example, if you want to buy 100 Storm Silver Ore, all you need to do is type 100 in the quantity box. The game then chooses the 100 Ore that is the lowest price and highlights it in the list, and you'll see the total price is 719g 95s and can choose to instantly buy all 100.
Alternatively, if you see a lot of items in the list at a cheap price and want to buy them all, the video seems to indicate that you can just click and highlight all of them, buying them all out.
In the sell tab, you now see the same list as the Buy tab. You can see a list of all the items, and the price that they're listed at condensed into a nice clean list. You will be able to see if you've been undercut.
There's no need to undercut! Auctions posted later (at the same price) are sold first.
You're now able to favorite items of your choice! Do you forget the name of the Crit Gem or the Agility Flask? Favorite it, so you won't have to remember!
